Distribution License – Your agreement to the Non-Exclusive Distribution License authorizes cIRcle to host your content and is required for every submission. If you are uploading your own material, you will be able to use the click-through license during the submission process.  If someone is uploading material on your behalf, you can submit a license via the web form or sign a print license.

Content Proposal Form – Use this form to describe the content you would like to submit to cIRcle to enable us to appropriately schedule the work.

Student Submission Approval Form (Non-thesis) – If you are a UBC faculty or research adviser, use this form to give your permission for specified non-thesis student work to be uploaded to cIRcle. For graduate student non-thesis work, please see the GSS cIRcle Open Scholar Award.

Workflow Authorization Form – Use this form to request the creation of new communities and/or collections in cIRcle and/or to request authorization for specific users (cIRcle logins) to upload files to the specified communities and collections.

Digitization Project Proposal – Use this form to propose a digitization project for material that needs to be digitized before it can be submitted to cIRcle.
